It is our belief that it is the customer's right to know what we do, and why we do it.  Some people prefer a hands off approach. We do our work, and let them know when we are done. Others prefer a hands on approach. We explain and update step by step. The choice is the customer's.

How much do you charge

We charge $60 per hour.

Is there a minimum charge?

Yes. There is a minimum charge for one hour. After the first hour, time is rounded up in 15 minute increments.

Is there a trip charge?

Usually no. Currently Gurus4Hire does not deem it necessary to charge a trip fee for jobs in the majority of Lee Counnty. Trips to Bonita, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and all of Collier are charged a small trip. This policy is subject to change with notice, however, current plans do not include changes to this policy.

What if it takes longer than expected?

Though we do our best to resolve issues in a timely manner, times to complete a job or project are estimates only. Quick quality service generates more referrals and repeat business, so we would never intentionally make a job take longer than necessary.

What if you cannot fix the problem?

We give our best effort to resolve all issues. Unfortunately, sometimes there is a problem that cannot be fixed, or is not worth fixing. We try to identify these situations as quickly as possible, and provide the best options possible. Payment is expected, unless the inability to resolve the issue is due to the fault of Gurus4Hire.
